Maybe you already work as a healer, therapist or practitioner. You may have years of experience and are looking for new skills that will enable you to go deeper with your clients and support them with a wider range of issues.

Some practitioners begin with the Energy Healer pathway and progress to the Shamanic Practitioner Training. Others come in already knowing they want the full HEALING ARTS journey and commit to both from the start.

Sue Holmes leads the training, assisted by Mike Freeman and Paul Doster.

Mike Freeman is a grandfather and counsellor, specialising in supporting men and men's issues, bringing together animist and modern therapeutic approaches. He graduated from this training in 2022.

Paul Doster is a grandfather and therapist, specialising in supporting people experiencing challenges with substance misuse and mental health. He is currently completing the final level of his practitioner training.

Both bring a wealth of life experience, professional expertise and compassionate support to the group.

This is a special venue that holds where magic and transformation always happens!

We will have sole use of a beautiful, spacious new yurt on the land, nestled between magnificent oaks, lawn, meadow, orchards and groves.
We will be able to use the sauna and ceremonial fire.
Your course fee excludes all meals and accommodation.
Accommodation to be booked directly, and is full board (includes all meals & hot drinks) starting at £450 in single sex dormitories. Early booking is recommended for single accommodation options.

This course provides you with the experience, guidance, skills and support to facilitate shamanic and energy healing sessions professionally.

The Energy Healer training has 1 x 5-day + 1 x 6-day in-person residential training retreats in 2027. There is a supported certification period of up to 9 months.

The Shamanic Practitioner training has 2 x 6-day residential training retreats in 2028. There is a supported certification period of up to 1 year.

The 'Supported Certification Period' includes supervised healing exchanges, assignment and case-study feedback, 1:1 mentoring and bonus live Q&A sessions, while you complete your certification requirements. You can also attend bi-monthly online Sunday healing exchanges.

Prices include all tuition fees but exclude accommodation.

That depends on how you develop your practice — but the IPHM accreditation means you can get insured to practise professionally anywhere in the world. Certified practitioners typically charge £60–£350 per session, with some offering structured client packages at £500–£3,000+. The certification also strengthens your authority to run your own retreats and workshops down the line. People tend to start off charging more modestly and can increase prices with more experience and testimonials. It also depends on the going rates in your community.

When you’re working at a professional level - with expert skills, clear ethical structure, and the ability to hold more complex client work - your sessions and prices naturally reflect that.
